winter

i haven't really felt like winter is here yet even though it has snowed, been 11 degrees, and i have been sledding.












this is the last week of school and after this pat is moving back to kansas city and out of chicago.




except i can't wait for for the 24th. because pat and i made a plan about 3 years ago to go to a bar on this christmas eve.

i just finished this thing today

it's a sculpture made from stacked cardboard rings and dyed plaster.







the inside is all red and pink.
